The beta
Is the service free?
Yes. Throughout the beta, access is 100% free with no commitment: every feature is open.
Do I need a credit card?
No. No card is required to sign up, and nothing is charged during the beta.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit, and visible only to you. It is never sold or shared.
Can I leave the beta whenever I want?
Yes, at any time and without justification. You can delete your account from My account, or write to us to get an export of your data.
My data
I have been reselling for years, can I reuse my data?
Yes: we import our users' CSV, Excel and Google Sheets files. Once logged in, send us your file from the contact form.
My business
I am self-employed, how are my contributions handled?
You set your contribution rate and Cashtrack works out what you owe per month, quarter and year. You can also apply your rates to selected sales only.
I buy clothes by the kilo, is Cashtrack useful for me?
Absolutely: track your costs, your income per hour and per month, your monthly and quarterly charges, and your available capital day by day.
I run a regular company, can I get accounting exports?
Yes: at the end of your financial year, write to us to get your whole activity as a PDF or CSV file.
